Roof replacement should be considered when...
1. Your roof starts buckling.
2. The flashing on your roof is deteriorated and the ridge caps are cracking.
3. You find that roof nails are backing up.
4. You see wood rot under in the plywood beneith your roof shingles.
5. You can hear or see drops of water entering your atteck when it rains.
Roof repair should be considered when...
1. Your roof was recently installed (less than 2 years) but some shingles were lost in a wind storm.
2. After a newly installed roof, some roofing nails were not properly nailed resulting is small shingle damage.
3. Shingle have not been damaged but they are loose - again from poorly nailed roofing nails.
